Our policy is to provide equivalent replacement parts for any parts that are defective from manufacturer and not fit for their intended purpose. If you simply change you mind after purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We wish to see you satisfied with our products and therefore will be very happy to discuss any issues you may have with our products and/or services to ensure a satisfactory resolution for both parties is achieved.
To be eligible for an exchange item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items include:
* Downloadable software products
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to any other company or manufacturer.
There are certain situations where exchanges cannot be granted:
* Item with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We only replace items if they are defective. Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with details of the faulty item(s) with photos clearly showing the defect(s). We will evaluate the information you provide and advise next steps as follows:
a) we confirm the defective part and will send you replacement(s) as soon as we can, shipping will be at our expense; OR
b) we reject the defect claim and will provide reasons why (please note: we are very reasonable and will endeavour to keep you as a satisfied customer); OR
c) in exceptional circumstances we may ask for you to send us your defective item(s) which will be at your expense, to: 63B Matisse Drive, Templestowe, VIC, 3106, Australia. Subsequently on receipt and inspection of the defective part we will proceed as per a) OR b) above.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. In all cases we will do whatever we can, such as provide you a personal discount code for future purchase or free item(s) as a "sorry gift", to ensure you continue to enjoy our products.

To exchange your defective product, you should mail your product to: 63B Matisse Drive, Templestowe, VIC, 3106, Australia.
If we request you to return an item(s), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). However if you receive an approved exchange, the cost of your return shipping to a maximum of $10USD, will be refunded to you. We will pay the cost of shipping the new replacement item(s) to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
