WHAT IS THIS PROJECT ALL ABOUT?
This concept is all about bringing community and collaboration and access to the design and development process for RC racing!
The idea behind this car is to have something a little different and fun but also race hard and perform at a high level, for clubbies and big events - but all in the name of enjoyment of your RC car experience.

DONOR CAR
This GP3D conversion kit is not a full car kit, which means you will need a donor car or use your spares and/or buy the additional components as needed.
This kit was designed for using a Team Associated B6.4 or B7 as the primary donor. You could possibly use some other brand parts/cars - but that is up to your creativity and desire as it may or may not fit/be compatible with these parts.
AE or other donor parts required:
- Shocks
- AE Gears (including diff, idler, layshaft & slipper assembly)
- AE Rear Driveshafts & Hexes
- All Bearings (5x10x4, 10x15x4, 3x7x3 bell cranks)
- Front axles & Hexes
- Camber and Steering turnbuckles/ball ends/ball studs
- Servo Arm and Short link
- Electronics
- Body/Wing/Wheels/Tyres
- Some hardware

BASE SETTINGS
For an outdoor low/medium grip clay setup ballpark:
- LWB chassis / 22.5 front bulkhead + 5deg castor
- Battery middle or one position back, higher grip, move forwards
- Camber plates middle hole
- Shock mounting; middle holes in tower and arm, higher grip lay down more
- Springs: White or Grey rear. Blue front
- Oil: 25-30WT rear. 30-35 front
- Piston: 3-hole, 1.6 rear. 1.5 front. Also the 3rd hole a little smaller like 1.1 can be good if there are big jumps to give back some pack on landings.
