Yokomo YZ-834B OPTION - 3-Piece Wheels 1.7" (set of 4)

Description:

These are semi-replica wheels, however they are 3-Piece design that clamps the tyre beads, instead of using glue.

Compatible with JConcepts 1.7" tyres.

E.g. Double Dees and Taper Spike. Others may also work fine, but not tested by us yet...

• Core x4
• Inner x4
• Outer x4
• M2x14mm hex bolt x32
  

Assembly guide:

Assembly requires a little patients, but reasonably straight forward as follows:

1. Insert the core piece into the tyre, ensure inner foam is pushed inside fully and not peaking around the edge between the core and tyre material.
2. Insert the Inner piece, aligning the wheel bolt holes, carefully making sure tyre bead is not pinched and not missing the clamp all the way around.
3. Flip over and insert the Outer in the same fashion, making sure the holes align and tyre bead is captured.
4. CHECK: If the tyre bead isn't evenly captured all around both sides, repeat steps 1-3 taking your time!
5. Bolt the parts together using the M2x14mm bolts. Start with 4 opposing bolts per wheel. Tighten down until fully clamped, checking carefully as you progressively tighten them. Then finish with the remaining 4 bolts.

Material: 3D Printed PCBlend

Note: whilst these are heavier (~35g per wheel) than the original wheels, purpose is for convenience of no-glue and the looks of course!
